My contribution to safety excellence
Wison looks at safety as the responsibility shared by every employee. "Working safely" is not only a working attitude, but also a right living style. Caring for its employees' safety is not only a requirement for Wison's improvement on HSE achievements, but also a responsibility shouldered by Wison for every employee and his/her family.
Every year, Wison launches safety activities of various forms and of rich content on the theme of "My contribution to safety excellence".
- During the period of national "safe production month", various types of HSE postures in a vivid, innovative manner gained attentions from Wison employees and personnel from different parties at the project field to safety and health. Meanwhile, activities such as Safety Knowledge Competition and Safety Knowledge Riddles carried out by Wison in the interior of the company and at different project fields, made everyone sense the close connection between his/her own work and safe production.
- With regard to the main risks and focuses existed in the construction process of projects, Wison sends out safety home letters named "with a heart for safety, a care for health, and a love for life" to the family members of its different projects' employees, in which it encourages those family members to participate into the creation of the enterprise's safety culture, and encourages them to make use of the power of affection between family members to take care of the safety and health of those employees and their family members.
- Wison not only often holds different types of trainings and lectures given by its internal HSE experts, in which the enterprise's internal experience is shared and its employees' sense of safety as well as their self-protection capability is enhanced, but also it initiatively invites outside experts to give lectures, with the purpose of learning and drawing lessons from famous enterprises' safety management experience.
- Wison regularly launches vivid safety drill activities, to have its employees realize the importance of safety in their personal participations, and to improve their self-protection capabilities.
