Wison holds the point of view that the most important resources in the world are people and the natural environment in which we live. Focusing on quality, health, safety and the environment is an inevitable trend for social development. Therefore, Wison has always given priority to protecting the environment as well as the life, safety and health of our employees and, as such, has incorporated the QHSE concept into our decision-making process. Moreover, we provide QHSE policies and procedures for our staff, clients, subcontractors’ employees and the public facilities within the project areas. We continue to make improvements so as to pursue outstanding QHSE management results in all of our activities.
With the participation of all employees, Wison has made multiple efforts to implement the concept that “QHSE ranks first in our personal values”. Additionally, we have the philosophy that QHSE is “integrated into our mind, fixed into the regulations of our corporation, and revealed in the behavior of our employees." By doing so, Wison has created an advanced QHSE culture throughout the company. Through internal and external QHSE training sessions exchanged on multiple-levels of the organization, and with diverse methods, Wison has been actively spreading the QHSE concept both at home and abroad with our customers and partners.
Wison has established a QHSE Management System through the ISO/CD 14690 HSE Management System, GB/T24001:2004 (idt ISO14001) Environmental Management System-requirements and guidance, and GB/T28001:2001(OHSAS18001) Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Serials. Wison has established a perfect Emergency Response Management System through the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Pre-Hazard Analysis (PHA) covering the whole process of the business, and the systematic identification and control of all the hazard sources and environmental factors within the acting areas.
Wison rigidly complies with the national laws and regulations related to QHSE. In accordance with these laws and regulations, we continuously look to refine and improve upon the standard QHSE requirements we have developed in our management system. These requirements are made visible and required to be complied by for all those who work in Wison offices and project locations, with copies of the information provided to all employees, visitors and related parties.
