Release time:2011-09-30

A study group from Ningxia led by Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Vice-Chairman Zhao Xiaoping visited Wison Group on September 7. The delegation also included Mr. Wang Jian, Group Chairman of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group and Deputy Director of Ningdong Base Management Committee and leaders from the autonomous region’s development and reform commission, and economic commission. The visitors were warmly received by Wison Group President Hua Bangsong and Vice-President Zhu Changcheng.

Wison Group Vice-President Zhu Changcheng explained to the visiting leaders the development situation of Wison Group’s business divisions, and gave an especially detailed introduction of Wison Engineering and Wison Energy. He showed how Wison has not only made remarkable accomplishments in the fields of petrochemical engineering, oil refining and coal/chemical engineering, but how it has also achieved significant results in the field of coal chemical production. Zhu explained how Wison places importance on the development of environmentally-friendly technology taking all factors of environmental protection, energy conservation, health, and safety across the entire production cycle, from initial project planning and design to construction and operations, into consideration. He showed how the reasonable planning and integration of the industry’s upstream and downstream resources can optimize the entire industry chain, realize a harmonious win-win situation for business and society, and fulfill the business’s social responsibility.

Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Vice-Chairman Zhao Xiaoping expressed praise for Wison Group’s “one-stop solution” mode and also indicated that, in consideration of Ningxia’s abundant coal and chemical resources, they hoped that Wison Group will strengthen its cooperation and interaction with Ningxia’s Ningdong Base, and actively participate in the construction of the Ningdong Chemical Base. He said this would help promote upgrading Ningxia’s industry and also result in mutually beneficial development.

The study group also visited Wison Energy’s Nanjing joint coal chemical project, which is the first project in the complementary-style industry chain of “optimized resource allocation and shared cooperative interests” at the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park and also a typical example of the “circular economy.” During this visit, the study group gained a deeper understanding of Wison Nanjing Clean Energy and also mutually exchanged ideas of the industry.
