Wison Started Construction of the Utility System of PetroChina Sichuan Integrated Refining and Petrochemicals Complex

At 9:28 a.m. August 12, 2009, Wison Engineering Ltd. held on the project site the commencement ceremony for construction of the utility system of the Integrated Refining and Petrochemicals Complex owned by PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Company.. The ceremony attendees include deputy general manager Jiang Jixiang, deputy head of engineering department Zhang Guodong, and head of utilities department Li Bocheng of PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., as well as deputy general manager Zhou Hongliang of Wison Engineering Ltd.

Zhou Hongliang solemnly undertook, "We will construct the project in line with the objective of safety, high quality, and efficiency, and we shall ensure to complete the construction tasks assigned to us according to the schedule with Wison's  convictions of professionalism, efficiency, and service". Li Bocheng, on behalf of PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical, introduced the difficulties of utility system construction and owner's expectation on all construction and supervision companies, and presented the confidence in project construction. The common commitments of all participating companies were embodied on the waving banners on site encouraging all participants to bring the owner a successful project. At 9:56 a.m., Li Bocheng announced the commencement of the construction, and Wison, the PC contractor of its part of the utility systems project, started the busy on-site construction period.

Wison is responsible for construction of complex utility facilities including off-site pipes, underground pipe network, power supply and illumination system, and the fire control station for petrochemical plants, as well as inter-plant off-site pipes, and the inter-plant power supply system.
