Construction of Polybutadiene Rubber Plant for Xinjiang Land Started

April 2, 2010. At the foot of the beautiful Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang, an opening ceremony for the construction of a 50,000 tons per year polybutadiene rubber plant was held. Wison Engineering Ltd. is the general contractor of the project and the owner is Xinjiang Land Fine Petrochemical Co., Ltd. The ceremony marked that the project has got into the stage of site construction.
 


 

Land Fine Petrochemical is a company jointly established by eight companies including Dushanzi TianLi High & New Tech Co., Ltd. The polybutadiene rubber project was officially launched in the second half of 2009. On February 2, 2010, Wison Engineering Ltd. won the EPC contract of the project. As a result of good preparation, Wison started the work of detailed design on February 8 and plans to realize the intermediate handover by the end of June 2011.
 

As the project schedule is very tight and stages of engineering, procurement, and site construction are highly overlapped, Wison has organized an elite management team in order to make it a high-quality, high-performance, and environmental friendly project. Wison will strictly observe the contract, actively coordinate the relations among all sides, and try its best to accomplish engineering, procurement and construction. Wison will also consistently follow its HSE principles of "Safety First, Prevention First; Care for Health, Protect the Environment" and stress the quality management concept that "today's quality is tomorrow's safety of owners and today's quality is tomorrow's investment returns of owners". While satisfying the HSE and quality requirements of the proprietor, Wison will strictly follow its own HSE and quality management systems in order to ensure successful intermediate handover of the plant and the one-off success of the commissioning and provide guarantees for safe, stable, long, full-load, and high quality operation of the plant in the future.
