Two H116&H118 Liquid Furnaces Renovation Projects of BASF-YPC Successful Feeding

This renovation project aimed to redesign the process and structure of the H116 & H118 liquid furnaces to reduce the exhaust temperature on the top of the furnaces, to decrease the temperature difference between raw materials and dilute steam in order to reduce the risk of frequent damage to the tee joints, increase the thermal efficiency, eliminate potential risk and ensure safe operation.
 

In the past few months, the project team made concerted efforts and completed the renovation of the H118& H116 liquid furnaceson June 19 and July 25, respectively, five days before the estimated date.
 

In February this year, Wison Engineering has constructed the world’s largest ethylene cracking furnace with a production capacity of 192,kt/a for BASF-YPC. This liquid furnace renovation project once again confirms Wison Engineering as a company that delivers superior quality in a short time.
