Wison Engineering Successfully Achieved High-Standard Mechanical Completion on Its First New Material Resin Project

Recently, Wison Engineering, the China’s leading provider of energy and chemical EPC services and technology, has successfully achieved high-standard Mechanical Completion (“MC”) on its first contracted new material resin project, Taixing Tianma 40KTA C5/C9 Hydrogenated Petroleum Resin Project ( “the Project”). Wang Kai, President of Taixing Tianma, Zhou Hongliang, Executive Director and Senior Vice President of Wison Engineering, and Wang Zhicheng, GM of Construction Dept. of Wison Engineering, attended the MC ceremony held on the project site and witnessed MC certificate signed by Ji Weiqing, GM of Taixing Tianma and Wang Benjun, PM of Wison Engineering.

 

 

The Project is built in Jiangsu Taicang Economic Development Zone, which is the first new material resin project awarded to Wison Engineering, announcing the Company successful entering into chemical new material sector. The Project comprises 21 main items, including a multi-functional building and all supporting facilities, such as processing pipe bridges, raw material tank area, raw material dissolving and storage, production workshops, granulation, finished products packaging and stacking, power transformer/distribution rooms, control rooms and laboratories, fire stations, circulating water fields, air compression stations, vehicle scales, loading platforms, rainwater storage tanks and emergency tanks. Wison Engineering’s scopes are plant general layout and design management, procurement, construction and start-up service.

 

Since its ground break on September 26 in 2017, Wison Engineering’s project team has been actively working with the client and contractors to control and manage project quality and safety, while adhering to the service value of “respecting customers as top priority and being grounded on integrity” as well as the performance principle of “being active and responsible, honest and dedicated, flexible and efficient, united and collaborative.” During the construction period, the team has overcome various difficulties caused by extreme frozen weather and complex geological conditions. In addition, the team has applied their knowledge in resolving the technical challenges brought by new process and material application in procurement and construction work. Thanks to their hard work, the team successfully achieved MC on this project.

 

At the MC ceremony, Wang Kai extended his gratitude to the contribution made by Wison Engineering for the Project, while praising the team’s rich experience in providing project management and high-quality service. He said: “Wison Engineering has formed an efficient and productive project delivery team through collaborating vendors and contractors to overcome tremendous difficulties, and finally achieved high-standard MC, congratulations!”

 

 

Zhou Hongliang, also thanked for all parties involved in the project and encouraged Wison project team for continuous efforts towards early final project completion.
